Return and Refund Policy

At Claramend, we stand behind the quality of our products. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee.

60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused or partially used product within 60 days of your original order date for a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping costs). This guarantee applies to your first order of any product only.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at help@claramend.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Conditions

Returns must be requested within 60 days of the original purchase date. Products must be returned in their original packaging. Opened and partially used products are eligible for return under the 60-day guarantee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@claramend.com. Include a photo of the damaged item and packaging, and we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund including any shipping charges.

Subscription Orders

If you are on a subscription plan, you may cancel at any time before your next renewal date by contacting help@claramend.com or managing your subscription through your account dashboard. The 60-day guarantee applies to your first subscription shipment only. Subsequent shipments are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers are not eligible for returns through Claramend.
